the old days
Dear Freshman Year, It was the beginning of something new. But I think I'm actually glad we're parting ways. Because now I will get to enjoy even more wonders that life has to offer. I'm glad I got to know you. We had many laughs and many smiles. There were new faces and things yet to be experienced. And of course, there was all that old drama that still existed. As I move onto Sophomore Year, I don't think I could ever forget you. You were something new and unforgettable. With everything we've been through together- I will love you and treasure you. All the memories we shared, the smiles, and the pictures that have faded- just know that you are unforgettable. So as I embark on another journey, I've gotta say- It's been nice knowing you. & I hope you treat the kids next year the same. It's time experience something new. Do this. Now. 2. Keep secrets. 3. Make new friends.4. Dream big, you'll get far. 5. Be responsible. 6. Give more than you can. 7. Don't ever give up. Perseverance will get you through anything. 8. Dance in the rain. 9. Tell your friends and family how much you love them, every day. 10. Be brave, be strong. Don't give in to your weaknesses. 11. Have a tender heart. 12. Don't let go of your old memories, friends, or dreams. 13. Listen. 14. Be honest. Honesty hurts, but lies hurt more. 15. Play music in your heart. 16. Your attitude is yours. Your life is yours. Take charge of it. 17. Take pictures in the rain. Take pictures of the sunset. 18. Don't be afraid to speak your mind, and don't be afraid to be the first one to strike up a conversation. You never know who you'll meet. 19. Stop having crazy expectations. Nothing's perfect, so just take life as it comes. 20. Life is good. The world is not as scary as it seems with the people you love around, so don't miss an opportunity to tell them what they mean to you. |

Vanity isn't a sin, a little narcissm wouldn't hurt.Don't worry about what I look like. Don't worry about how old I am. Just worry about who I am. |
